The main entrance is from the upper level deck, with a sea view window seat in the lobby and a place to hang your sun hats.
Off the lobby, there is a large open plan dining, kitchen and lounge, all with views of the sea.
The lounge opens up to the wrap-around deck on the north and west sides, the outdoor dining and bench seating, the Coast bean bags and parasols, and, of course the BBQ. The perfect space to relax and take in the summer days and the spectacular sea views.

Everything you need to dine and relax in style.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and large fridge-freezer. The kitchen is extremely well-appointed with all the crockery, cutlery, utensils and glassware that guests would need. There is also a bar, with drinks fridge, at the “bar” window in the lounge that opens directly to the deck seating.
The indoor and outdoor dining tables both comfortably seat 10 and the lounge is a perfect spot to relax on comfy sofas, listen to the waves, take in the sea and palm views, read a book and catch up with family and friends.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, all with air-conditioning. The stunning master suite has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and picture window with views across the lawn and palms to the beach; plus an en-suite shower room.
The other 2 top floor bedrooms look out to palm trees, hibiscus and a small olive grove. One is a King bedroom and the other is a bunk room. These 2 bedrooms share a large shower/WC on the same floor.
Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms that access a third shower/WC.

Whether you want to enjoy a game of pool or just relax and watch a movie, we have you covered.
Our large air-conditioned entertainment room features a full-sized pool table, a 75” Samsung Frame TV, a very large sofa and comfy bean bags for all guests to enjoy.
It’s the perfect retreat for rainy days, the kids or after a fun day at the beach.
The ‘Sand Room’, laundry and outdoor shower.
There is also a large “Sand Room” with plenty of storage for beach gear. This room includes a laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The entertainment room and sand room both open out on to lower deck where there is an outdoor shower and direct access across the lawn to the beach.
